It is so tempting to rush into the day with my ’to do’ list, thinking about all the expectations on my time and trying to be the one to meet all those demands. That’s what often leads to us feeling overwhelmed, tired and failing. But how much better to spend a moment acknowledging that I am NOT God, and instead listening to the One who is! Let’s start this week with our eyes set on Jesus, our hearts surrendered to His rule, in a posture of worship, realising that He can meet all my needs and that He can hold all my cares. Let’s put praise and prayer at the top of our ‘to do’ lists and see how much it impacts our day for good 😊
