WORDS FROM SENIOR PASTOR JAMES BURN

When you become a part of Kingfisher church, you not only become part of a faith-filled local community, you become part of something that stretches around the world. Kingfisher International Family of churches is a growing family of churches that has been planted so far in seven countries, from the UK to India, to Africa, to China and to the Philippines. It is a real blessing to be connected to believers who are living in very different cultures to our own, often in the face of great opposition and persecution, and yet seeing the Christian faith growing rapidly. We would love you to be rooted in our local church community here, but also to be part of something that is having an international impact.

LIFE CHANGE STORIES

FIRST STEPS

If you’re interested in getting connected at our church or involved in the life of the church, then consider these first steps.

For those that are curious about the Christian faith and what we believe we run regular enquirers courses of you to come and meet people, eat good food and hear some answers to your questions.

If you’ve just got to know Jesus we have a foundations course which is run as part of our Connect Groups or individually which gives a really solid grounding in the in and outs of why we do what we do. Why pray? Why do we worship together? Why do we tithe?

How do I get involved?

There are many ways to get involved. Here are four of them:
1) Come to a worship service on the weekend.
2) Look into joining a Connect Group, and get to know some great people.
3) Come join us in any of our social activities throughout the year!
4) Find an opportunity to serve, here, near or far.
