Everything rests on the death of Jesus on a cross! I am nothing and no one, lost and hopeless without His willing sacrifice. But now because of the cross I am saved, I am found! His resurrection shows me that I too can be brought back to life, knowing my intrinsic value in relation to God being my loving Father. I can know forgiveness, set free from guilt and shame, breathing in the atmosphere of grace! I can know a holy confidence, free to approach God and serve Him wherever He leads! None of this rests on my ability or my efforts but all on Jesus and what He did for me! Now that’s good news and I am so grateful 😊
