Each day! No matter what I’m facing God is upholding me!! His word, His promise, is so reassuring, it is powerful and such an anchor when life can be confusing and irrational. But Jesus warned, in his parable of the sower, that the word can get crowded out by the worries of this world and the lure of other things. We can hear God’s word but it bears no fruit because our hearts are choked up by so much other stuff! Lord, help me to understand the truth that I am in Your arms, that as my Saviour You carry me, and I don’t need to fear as I hold tight to You! Heal my heart, cause real fruit to grow as I read Your word and as I give it room to take root. Help me to trust You Jesus, with a heart filled with praise, free in the knowledge that life makes more sense when lived in Your hands. Amen 🙏🏼
