One of God’s most repeated promises throughout scripture, given to Abraham, repeated to his descendants, spoken by the prophets and reiterated by Jesus himself is this promise that, ‘I am with you; I will be with you, I will go with you.’ It’s His presence that gives me courage, His presence that helps me overcome my fears, His presence that keeps me moving no matter what the immediate circumstance I find myself in. I might not always understand the struggle or the why? of the things I face, but I can stand firm on His promise that I am not walking alone and that I can trust His good, pleasing and perfect plan! Now that builds faith and gives me real hope 🙏🏼😊
