I choose to rejoice this morning in God’s kindness, trusting in His power and His timing! Seasons in this world can feel like they last forever when they involve any kind of suffering or difficulty or disappointment. But because of Jesus, we can experience God’s sustaining presence and His comfort, with the hope that however long we are here on earth it is momentary compared to the glorious eternity that is to come! Lord, thank You for the support and strength I find in You to overcome, thank You for the firm foundation You have set me on to build a life of faith, hope and love. No matter who reigns for a time in the kingdoms of this world, help me to remember that Your Kingdom is the only everlasting Kingdom, so Jesus, come and reign over me and in me today as I look to You.
