This week in the UK has been mental health awareness week, with an emphasis on connecting with nature as a way of improving our mental health! It’s not just the beauty of nature that helps though, it’s a reminder to us that there is a creator, who cares for us and we are not alone! Jesus also pointed to nature. In considering how this world is created He reminds us that we can have faith in the One who oversees it all, and in trusting Him we don’t need to be a hostage to our worries! Thank You Lord for the reminders all around us of Your power and love, help me to open my eyes and see You today ☀️🙌🏼
