We’re on week five of our scripture memorisation plan! A few people have told me that they’re not capable of remembering verses, but my response is, have you even given it a go? I’ve been pleasantly surprised at my recall as I have set my mind to do this! But the point is not just in the remembering, it’s in the process of reading and meditating. Our minds are constantly full of thoughts and ideas and worries and decisions anyway, so why not be intentional about what you are thinking about and fill your mind with God’s Word instead? There are spiritual benefits to be discovered that go way beyond just recall! It’s never too late to join in 🙏🏼🙌🏼📖
