Just think about it, every wrong attitude, thought, word, and deed; all the regretful things I have ever said and done that have caused harm to myself and/or others, and certainly to my relationship with God; every line of that charge sheet that could be read out and rightfully held up against me….cancelled, erased, wiped clean, deleted!! No case to answer, not guilty, go free!! This is what Jesus accomplished for us on the cross. No need to live in fear or carry the weight of my sin day after day. Because of God’s great love, because of the life, death and resurrection of Jesus, as I live in Him and with Him, as I come to Him and work with Him, I have peace with God, hope in the present, and a joy for the future that strengthens me no matter the present circumstance. Thank You Jesus, for the freedom and assurance that I find in You. Help me to receive it and walk in it today, bringing Your love to everyone I meet. Amen 🙌🏼🙏🏼
