This is such an important key to life that it has to be repeated. Why? Because the joy of the Lord is our strength! Circumstances change, feelings come and go, but as I rejoice in Jesus, as my Lord and King, the One in charge, the First and the Last, the Resurrection and the Life, my Saviour, Redeemer, Lover of my soul; rejoicing in the truth that my sin has been dealt with through the cross, my past is forgiven, my present is in His mighty hands, and my future is secured! Wow! That’s where joy is located, my strength, the hope and the peace I need to calm my heart and give me the courage and confidence to live life to the full! Lord, I’m praying today for all those feeling joyless and struggling to face the day, would You show them how close You really are and how loved they are, remind them of what You have done, and give them a glimpse of the amazing future to come. Use me if you can Lord, to invigorate someone else with the joy that comes from knowing You. Amen ❤️😄
