Advent is a time for stirring up hope, because our God is a God of hope! In years gone by, during times of great trouble and upheaval for the people of God, He promised that His plans for them were for good and not for disaster, to give them a future and a hope! There was a time of waiting, but God’s promise proved true! So thank You Lord, that even with the uncertainty we are living with at the moment, my future IS in Your hands, thank You for the good plans you have prepared for me, that even when I can’t trace what You are doing I can still trust You in the waiting because You are good, You do good, and You are working all things together for good, for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose! May my life overflow with hope today as You fill me with joy and peace. Amen ⚓️❤️
