“I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture.” John 10:9 NKJV
This is the third ‘I am’ statement of Jesus, and here He is pointing out that through Him there is a way to somewhere amazing, somewhere safe, but you have to enter in! Every venue has a way in and if you want to know you are in then you have to walk through the doorway! Coming to Jesus, entering into all He has done through the cross and the resurrection, is how we can know we are saved, and know we are in His family! Lord, thank You for the peace and assurance that comes from entering in, from walking with you and knowing I’m home! Thank You for the community of church that I get to be part of and how I now get to be involved in Your salvation plans! May my life point to the doorway to life that You always are Jesus. Amen 🚪🙏🏼
