Change can certainly bring fear, and when things we thought were solid and trustworthy start shaking and even start slipping away it can push us to panic. And yet we don’t face anything alone, we have a refuge we can run to and strength we can draw on, a very present help when we encounter trouble!! Lord, I pray for all those I know today fighting fear, struggling with things that are changing or with things that need to change and feeling overwhelmed and paralysed. May each one know the refuge and strength of Your help today, the peace of Your presence, and the reality of Your love that casts out all fear. Amen 👆🏼🙏🏼❤️
