“When we get together, I want to encourage you in your faith, but I also want to be encouraged by yours.” Romans 1:12 NLT
It is so important that we encourage each other. The meaning of encourage is to inspire with courage, spirit, or hope: hearten – the lifting of dispiritedness or despondency by an infusion of fresh courage or zeal. There is nothing greater when you meet with someone than to give encouragement. I am an encourager, but I also know how desperately I also need to be encouraged. Let’s practice it this week, especially when it comes to encouraging faith. What answer to prayer, experience of God, or knowledge of Jesus can you share with someone to lift their despondency and infuse fresh courage and zeal? Lord, let everything I say today be good and helpful, so that my words will be an encouragement to those who hear them (Ephesians 4:29) Amen 👆🏼🙌🏼❤️
