I was thinking about this verse yesterday and it makes me review, what am I believing and trusting God for that without Him would seem impossible? What am I praying for that is beyond my own abilities and do I really believe and trust that God is able to do it? And not only that, but do I believe and trust that He will do it? I’m often fine with the ‘anything is possible’ bit, but often struggle to trust whether He will! Lord, in the words of that same desperate man who came to You for help, I’m crying out too, “I do believe; help me overcome my unbelief,.” I do believe in You Jesus, but circumstances, disappointments, insecurities and even my pride just get in the way of me fully trusting You. Help me to push down those walls, to overcome my unbelief, and to fully understand that with You all things are possible! I’m choosing to make that my statement of this new day, keeping my eyes on You. Amen 🙏🏼🙌🏼
