Description
Called to leadership is the introductory level to the Kingfisher Leadership Training Course. This 6 chapter course allows students to asses whether they feel they have the gift of leadership, what their leadership styles are and to give opportunity for Pastors to discuss with new/current leaders the commitments of leadership.
The course is conducted using a workbook and teaching DVD and designed for students to work with a mentor/coach/experienced leader in their local church for support and accountability.
